FlashFace allows users to modify and transform visual and audio identity outputs using artificial intelligence technologies.

You are solely responsible for:

• all content you create
• all streams, recordings, broadcasts, uploads, or communications made using FlashFace
• all actions taken using your account
• ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

FlashFace does not monitor every user session or generated output in real time.

By using FlashFace, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may resemble fictional or real persons
• generated content is created based on user input and user actions
• users maintain full responsibility for how they use generated outputs

Users may NOT use FlashFace for:

• fraud
• impersonation for malicious purposes
• identity theft
• scams
• phishing
• extortion
• harassment
• stalking
• misinformation campaigns
• political manipulation
• election interference
• illegal surveillance
• revenge pornography
• non-consensual explicit content
• defamation
• hate speech
• terrorist activity
• criminal deception
• financial scams
• fake customer support schemes
• unauthorized celebrity impersonation for commercial fraud
• unauthorized biometric or identity exploitation
• violations of intellectual property rights
• violations of privacy rights
• any unlawful activity

Users are strictly prohibited from using FlashFace to deceive individuals into believing generated identities are authentic for criminal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

FlashFace is a technology platform provider only.

FlashFace, its founders, employees, contractors, developers, partners, affiliates, licensors, and associates shall NOT be liable for:

• user-generated content
• user behavior
• misuse of the platform
• illegal activities committed by users
• damages resulting from user impersonation
• actions taken based on AI-generated content
• third-party misuse of generated outputs

Users assume all risks associated with their use of the Services.

FlashFace does not endorse, verify, or approve any:

• livestream
• video
• voice output
• generated identity
• recording
• communication
• broadcast

created by users.

Any opinions, statements, or actions made using FlashFace are solely those of the individual user.

FlashFace is intended primarily for:

• creators
• entertainers
• livestreamers
• parody creators
• researchers
• experimental AI users
• digital artists

The platform is designed for lawful entertainment, creative, educational, and research purposes only.

Users acknowledge that:

• generated identities may contain inaccuracies
• outputs are algorithmically generated
• AI outputs do not represent real-world facts or endorsements
• synthetic media may not always be distinguishable from reality

Users are encouraged to disclose AI-generated content where legally required.

FlashFace reserves the right to:

• suspend accounts
• terminate accounts
• remove content
• restrict access
• cooperate with law enforcement

for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

No refunds shall be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

Users retain ownership of original content they upload.

However, by using FlashFace, users grant FlashFace a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• process
• transmit
• transform
• cache
• render

uploaded content solely for operation of the Services.

Users may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit FlashFace technology without authorization.

FlashFace may process:

• audio streams
• video streams
• metadata
• session logs
• usage analytics

for:

• service functionality
• quality improvement
• abuse prevention
• security monitoring
• billing purposes

Users consent to such processing by using the Services.

FlashFace may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• AI processing providers
• cloud infrastructure providers
• livestream middleware providers

FlashFace is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Users acknowledge that FlashFace is a neutral technology platform and that all generated outputs are initiated, controlled, and distributed solely by users.

FlashFace does not pre-screen all generated content and shall not be deemed the publisher, creator, or speaker of user-generated outputs.

FlashFace and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• loss of revenue
• reputational harm
• data loss
• business interruption
• emotional distress
• punitive damages

arising from use of the Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to FlashFace in the preceding 30 days.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlashFace and its founders, developers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• user content
• user misuse
• user legal violations
• user-generated streams or recordings
• violations of these Terms

Users must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in their jurisdiction, to use FlashFace.

FlashFace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, conducted exclusively in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
